We want you to feel confident trying LemonSugar Ai. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked. This applies to all paid subscriptions (Pro and Power) and one-time credit pack purchases.

How to request a refund

Our payments are handled by Paddle.com, our online reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes all refunds on our behalf. To request a refund you can either:

  • Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you purchased with, or
  • Email us at hello@lemonsugarcompany.com with your order number and we will help arrange the refund.

Processing time

Refunds are typically approved within 1–2 business days. Once approved, Paddle returns the funds to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the funds to appear on your statement.

Subscription cancellations

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings or via paddle.net. After cancelling, you will continue to have access until the end of the current billing period and will not be charged again. Cancelling on its own does not automatically issue a refund — if you also want a refund for the most recent charge, request one within the 30-day window.
