LemonSugar Ai ("the Service") is operated by Lemon Sugar LLC("Lemon Sugar", "we", "us"), trading as LemonSugar Ai. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not access or use the Service.
LemonSugar Ai is a smart routing platform that sends prompts to the most cost-effective large language model capable of answering them — across OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and open-source providers. LemonSugar Ai tracks savings, manages credit balances, and provides a unified chat interface.
You must register for an account to use the Service. Subscription plans and credit packs are sold and billed through our reseller Paddle (see Section 4). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled from your account settings. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewals and immediately revokes premium access for the remainder of the current billing period. Refund mechanics are governed by our Refund Policy in Section 5 and by Paddle's Buyer Terms at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. You can contact Paddle's buyer support and manage your purchases at paddle.net.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. Refunds are processed by Paddle on our behalf. You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to generate illegal, harmful, infringing, or deceptive content (including deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempts to jailbreak underlying models), to reverse-engineer the platform, or to abuse API endpoints. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying the accuracy of model outputs, and for ensuring you have the rights to any content you submit. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, for non-payment, or for security/fraud risk.
LemonSugar Ai™, the LemonSugar Ai logo, and all related branding are trademarks of Lemon Sugar LLC. You may not use our trademarks without prior written permission. The Service and its original content are and will remain the exclusive property of Lemon Sugar LLC.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LLM outputs are generated by third-party providers and may be inaccurate or incomplete, and should not be relied upon as professional advice without independent verification. Lemon Sugar LLC does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance, and does not guarantee specific savings amounts.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lemon Sugar LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
